Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time
Orders arrive 8–15 days after ordering, weekends included. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Cost
Shipping is free on the Overnight Kit and the Complete Heel Kit. The Stick on its own ships for $4.95.

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States. International orders may take longer and may be subject to local duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within the window above, contact us with your order number and we'll make it right.
